Falling within the fragrance family referred to as Amber-Woody, due to its fusion of heavy resins and wood notes, its effect on your atmosphere is one of grounding, sophistication, luxury, and depth, bringing to mind libraries full of leather-bound books. The name also “Mahogany Soul” pays homage both to my nostalgia for the 1970s (and to the title of the late Angie Stone’s album of the same name!).
