1. Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at zenbrother.com! We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
● Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
● Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
● Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our small-batch items (including candles, diffusers, soaps, and lotions), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or subjective scent preferences.
● Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, we will gladly replace or refund the affected item.
● How to Report Damage: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged product and packaging.

1. Essential Candle Safety Guidelines

To prevent fire, injury, or damage, please strictly adhere to the following standard candle burning instructions:

● Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish candles before leaving a room or going to sleep.
● Keep out of reach. Always burn candles entirely out of reach of children, pets, and vulnerable individuals.
● Avoid drafty areas. Do not place burning candles near open windows, ceiling fans, vents, or air currents.
● Clear the surroundings. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire (e.g., curtains, bedding, carpets, books, or decorations).
● Burn on safe surfaces. Always place your candle on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Note that candle vessels get very hot during use.
● Trim the wick. Before lighting your candle each time, trim the wick to 1/4 inch to ensure a clean, stable burn and prevent excessive soot or high flames.
● Limit burn time. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
● Know when to stop. Discontinue use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container. Burning a candle past this point can cause the container to overheat and break.
